Theodore Bergqvist

Theo has a proven track record of creating, expanding and successfully monetizing enterprises deploying emerging technologies in AI and Automation, gaming, commerce and enterprise IT operations. His passion is to build and lead high-performing international teams in technology, sales, and operational excellence across the US, India, and Europe.

He is presently the CEO and co-founder of Turbotic, an AI company named “one of the hottest AI companies in Europe.”

Previously, Theo was the Head of Group Data Office at Ericsson where he championed Ericsson’s Data Strategy programme, developing an enterprise-wide transformative digital program and data platform that resulted in $500 million in cost savings for the company. His responsibilities included directing and executing extensive Automation and AI programs, and building the AI practice and cloud-native data platform across the global Ericsson organisation.

Theo is a board advisor to various high-growth and publicly traded companies including Catena Media and Handelsbanken Fonder in Sweden, leveraging expertise to drive business growth and strategic alignment as well as deep knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Data platforms.

Theo is also an advisory member to a portfolio of prestigious organizations, including MIT Technology Review, where he provides strategic counsel and thought leadership to influence their view on emerging technologies.
