These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the websites, demonstration environments, dashboards, APIs, documentation, and any related materials (collectively, the "Platform") made available by TIAKI AB, a company incorporated in Sweden ("TIAKI", "we", "us"). By accessing the Platform you accept these Terms.
1. Nature of the Platform
The Platform is an institutional-grade sovereign risk and provenance infrastructure intended for evaluation by qualified counterparties: sovereign entities, supervised financial institutions, professional investors, underwriters, market makers, regulators, and equivalent organisations. The Platform is not intended for retail consumers and is not a regulated financial service.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, are accessing the Platform in a professional capacity, and have authority to bind the legal entity on whose behalf you act. Where access is granted under a separate written master agreement, NDA, or pilot contract, that agreement prevails to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
3. Permitted Use
- You may access publicly available marketing materials and view product information.
- You may access protected environments only under explicit credentials issued by TIAKI.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, train models on, or attempt to derive source data, model weights, or proprietary methodologies from the Platform.
- You may not represent TIAKI outputs as your own work, certified compliance, or regulated advice.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, content, designs, logos, agent architectures, weight matrices, scoring methodologies, source registers, and patent-pending mechanisms are the exclusive property of TIAKI or its licensors. No licence is granted by implication. TIAKI's pending USPTO utility patents and PCT filings are asserted in respect of all novel mechanisms surfaced in the Platform.
5. Confidentiality
Non-public information disclosed through the Platform — including agent functions, weight matrices, model architectures, sovereign source registers, internal calibration data, and any information marked confidential — is TIAKI Confidential Information and may only be used for the purpose for which it was disclosed.
6. No Advice; No Offer
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or actuarial advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, token, credit, instrument or service in any jurisdiction. Please also read our Forward-Looking Statements notice and our AI Output Disclaimer.
7. Third-Party Services & Sub-Processors
The Platform integrates regulated and unregulated third-party services for infrastructure, AI inference, identity, communications, and analytics. A current sub-processor list is available to institutional counterparties under our Data Processing Addendum.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIAKI disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Architectural claims of regulatory alignment describe design intent and are not representations of certified compliance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIAKI's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100), or where a written commercial agreement is in force, the cap stated in that agreement. TIAKI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe access is being misused, exceeds intended scope, or creates security, sanctions, or reputational risk.
11. Sanctions & Export
You represent that you, your beneficial owners, and your end-users are not subject to EU, UK, US, or UN sanctions and will not use the Platform in violation of applicable export control laws.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Stockholm shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or supervisory forum.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a revised "As of" date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
